These terms govern your use of Plus Mailer, provided by Plus Bytes. By applying for or using an account, you agree to them.

Accounts

• Each account is limited to one sending domain, reviewed and approved individually before access is granted.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
• Plus Bytes may approve, decline, suspend, or terminate accounts at its discretion, including for suspected misuse or violation of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Plus Mailer only for lawful, targeted outreach. You will not use the platform to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email in violation of applicable anti-spam law.
• Email lists obtained through hacking, scraping in violation of a site's terms, or purchased/rented spam lists.
• Send content that is fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.
• Attempt to circumvent unsubscribe requests or falsify sender information.

You are solely responsible for the contact lists you upload and the content of the campaigns you send.

Your data and email delivery

Each account connects its own domain and email delivery credentials. You are responsible for maintaining that connection (domain verification, delivery configuration) in good standing. Plus Bytes is not responsible for delivery failures caused by issues with your own domain, delivery provider account, or the quality of your contact list.

Service availability

Plus Mailer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plus Bytes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost business, data, or goodwill.

Termination

You may stop using Plus Mailer at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment (where applicable), or extended inactivity, with notice where practical.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
