This policy explains what information Plus Mailer collects and how it's used. Plus Mailer is an email outreach tool: each account ("tenant") sends campaigns to contacts they provide, from their own domain and email delivery account.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, company/organization name, domain, contact email, and sender email address, collected when you apply for access.
• Contact lists you provide: email addresses and names you upload or paste into the platform to send campaigns to. You are responsible for these contacts and for having a lawful basis to email them (see "Your responsibilities" below).
• Campaign and delivery data: the subject, content, and status of campaigns you send, along with delivery events (delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, complained, failed) reported back by our email delivery infrastructure.
• Login credentials: your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

How we use this information

• To operate your account: sending your campaigns, tracking delivery, and keeping your contact lists up to date (for example, automatically marking a hard-bounced or complained address as inactive).
• To keep the platform secure and to investigate abuse or misuse.
• To communicate with you about your account, such as password reset links or service notices.

Third-party services

Plus Mailer uses a third-party transactional email delivery provider to send messages on your behalf and to report delivery events back to the platform. Each account connects its own delivery provider credentials, so your sending activity and reputation are kept separate from other accounts on the platform.

Data isolation between accounts

Each tenant's contacts, campaigns, and send history are kept fully separate from every other tenant's data. Plus Bytes administrators can access account configuration for support purposes but do not use tenant contact lists or campaign content for any purpose other than operating and supporting the platform.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the contact lists you upload, including having a lawful basis to email those addresses under applicable law (such as CAN-SPAM or equivalent regulations in your jurisdiction). Plus Mailer is built for targeted, permission-appropriate outreach — not for lists obtained through scraping in violation of a website's terms, purchased spam lists, or similarly non-consensual sourcing.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your account and campaign data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account or contact data deleted, contact us and we'll process that request.

Cookies

Plus Mailer uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
